Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation

Before you begin counselling, it may help to ask a few questions, and the free 15-minute consultation is a good place to do that. There's no need to have everything figured out. We'll talk about what you're struggling with and what you want to be different, and you can decide whether it feels like a good fit.

Parents are welcome to call about a child or youth. I currently accept referrals for children with problematic anxiety.

Location and Availability

Counselling in the Niagara Region is available in person, and virtual sessions reach clients across Ontario.

Insurance

I can direct bill with many insurance companies in Ontario. Copays or deductibles may still be due. See Services & Fees for rates: $180 in person and $150 virtual.
